Oh, dear. A very slow energy start to the day. Tiredness is an energy state I resist so much. But I went for my swim anyway, and it was a very nice swim Cut short by a bit. And glad I went, and then to the woods with Charlie, pure pleasure, but without a huge amount of energy. And spring is coming in little tiny surprises of green shoots close to the earth. And sunshine. My Ukrainian group. How much respect I have for translators. We are missing our dear translator, who needs to miss a few sessions for her move, but we have a substitute. It’s not easy translating this group! How hard translators work! And how grateful I am to have a translator so this group can exist. And all on a volunteer basis. Very generous. Today I needed a nap and I had one. My energy has been restored. I made a nice dinner, appreciated by all. And group tonight, a lovely session, warm and bright and full of inspiration. Today had good news. A poem I wrote about lambing, watching a lamb being born a year ago, found a lovely home in a journal. This made me feel so glad because I love this poem and the experience that birthed it. All day I have been thinking about the earthworms doing their great work in the soil.
