Homecoming: They did not let me sleep in this morning, but it was daylight, and November, by the time we went for our long awaited long wandering walk in the woods. While I was away, I dreamed I lost them both - for no good reason; absentmindedly, I lost track of Suzi & Charlie, for days, and I wasn't sure I would ever see them again because I'd been stupidly, hopelessly careless. Last night, after midnight, they greeted me, wildly wagging at the front door. Of course they weren't lost – they've been looking for me for eight straight days and nights. Now, they've found me, here I am.
