#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
A break in the rain on a May Monday morning.
Jewels bedazzle the grass by the swamp.
Pink lady slippers bloom on the side of the trail in the leaf rot.
Trestle tracks run to enchantment.
Red maple wings fall on glistening green foliage.
I am a fern gatherer, gathering photos. They'll be gorgeous, year round, in all sizes and shades.
But NOW ferns are fresh, energetic, electric, exciting - they are seizing this day.
