First ski, winter woods, blue sky after storm. We cut a trail on a sunny morning, fresh snow. This is how the tops of trees looked from where I lay on the ground, cushioned, after a fall. It was minor. I have to remember I have skis on my feet when I turn my body to get the best view through the lens. Winter has arrived.
