Once, I lived in Maine. Some momentous things happened for me:

I turned thirteen years old here. I became a teenager in Maine, in every sense of the word. I had my first period in Maine and my first love in Maine. I fought terribly with my father in Maine. I lost my innocence in Maine.

Yesterday, in a poetry workshop, I wrote about all of this. A poem begins in Maine.Today, I walked and found these wild beautiful beings, thriving in Maine.
