Milkweed Seeds

A day, like today, I have so many good ideas, too many great ideas, so much enthusiasm for all these creative impulses: All these seeds I have been holding – and letting go

I want to see what will grow. But, they are so many I may never see how each one lands, if and where, and what it becomes, like

the stories we shared last night – (performed in Our Voices, the play festival I produced) – are seeds flying into minds, germinating in hearts, because we sat in the darkened theatre, and we chose to let this happen to us, we said yes
