Pouring rain when I woke up. And I wanted to go out in it for a walk and be drenched, but decided to keep my swim commitment. First, eggs for Wave. Happy he’s home. Then off for my good swim. Then the whole rest of the day a family day. Drove to Connecticut to see my aunt, and Wave and his mother came with me which made the long car ride special. Long talk with my daughter. Care talks are so great. My aunt so happy to see us and charmed by Wave of course. He was an angel and gave a lot of smiles away. Home after dark. Frank brought take out home and all of us had dinner together, all three kids, the fiance, and the grandson. A perfect night. Cake for dessert. We were all so happy. Wave surprised us all by showing us how he could use his chopsticks for the very first time. I’m filled up and happy and also very sleepy and grateful for this good day.
