#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Solar Light In Garden
In the middle of night I looked out the window. All the stars. Woke early, revised poem. Deleted a page and and a half of. draft. By tonight, it’s shorter still, now a page. Workshop today was very helpful and I’m pleased with the progress of my poems I need another trip to Athol in this weather to see the river and some landmarks that are holding ideas for me to explore. Not sure when. Wave helped me water and plant this morning. I got a few of the junipers into the ground in the heating morning. A few more at mid-day while I talked to a friend on the phone. Being in dirt, watering, under the solar power of a life-giving sun. There are some terrible people in the world who do harm. Wave watered with me at dusk. Talked while I watered, mostly about his transformer, the new one he held in his hand. A bird sang. I brought refreshment to the roots of all of my hydrangea around the yard so they will stay in cheerful bloom. We played fighting dinosaurs and we were exceptionally brave and strong.
