#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Charles River
This morning I found out a few things. First, that I make the best egg sandwiches in the world, and that Wave hopes he can eat them for the rest of his life. Secondly, that the reason he was turned off to eggs for awhile is that at his school last year he was grossed out by kids who ate eggs at school with ketchup. So, I am thinking now that I should build that chicken coop as this kid consumes eggs in huge quantities. It was my morning to get him to the bus. Easy peasy. Cheerfully eating the rest of his eggs on the way. Pleasant out. Warmer. And some sun, some blue sky breaking through today. I had some good time to take my seven mile walk from one bridge over the Charles to the next and it was lovely seeing the trees start to change. Then I enjoyed a meeting with my writing client, her memoir, and couple more meetings and then a sweet afternoon with my dear friend at a French bakery in Wellesley where we had tea and pastry and lots of good talking. Tonight I have the french doors open to the crickets and the warm air, the summery, muggy air, and I’m loving it. If Franci and Will weren’t on their honeymoon it would have been an exquisite night of pickle with them!
