#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Charles River, Medfield View
I am loving my long, long walks in this fabulous fall weather. It’s cool and fresh, and colorful. I walked about seven miles. I didn’t stop to take pictures, except this one, as I’m using my sticks and focusing on my workout. Two different kinds of walks. Also, the walk of Wav to the bus stop first and he was happy and so glad that his friend Gabe made the bus. His birthday party approaches and I have ordered the cake and balloons and worked on planning with my two daughters. It feels like it was a busy day. Was it? I got a lot done. I had a session with a client on her writing that was very rewarding. And I prepped for my group tonight. I was requested to make my special chicken dinner and I did, and it was delicious. A very autumn-like meal with butternut squash and chicken and pasta and green beans. Simple and just right. Tonight the writing in my group and the sharing was so rich. It was very satisfying. Frank has been taking his typhoid as vaccination for his trip later this month. Many vaccinations preparing to go to Bhutan. I saw a bluebird! In a meadow in Rocky Narrows. A beautiful bluebird is always a sign of delight and hope, and gratitude for such good luck to have one nearby and to notice it.
