Woke early and went right to my new poem. Worked on it, fresh from sleep before going out for my walk. Frank off to tennis. Quiet house. Warm and not windy. The beach was low tide and lots of birds. A wonderful long walk and a quick swim before heading home. Everyone in recovery. Enough to have a good day and no one actively sick. Just relaxing family time by the pool, mid-afternoon, and in the late afternoon off to sunset swim. Wonderful fun waves and a gorgeous setting. To a casual dinner downtown, and then Frank and I rode the quad home after dark in the perfect night air. Beginning our goodbye to Nosara. Tomorrow our last full day. I am not ready to go. I just loved being out tonight, the quiet streets, the gentle, gentle air.
