#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Frank is doing such a great job with Chippie. Spending time with him. Helping to train him. It’s nice to be doing this together, the raising. Having a toddler again! Tonight he said he’s willing to play with heavy a bit with Chippie. He says, you did it with the kids. So I’ll do it now. LOL! It’s certainly easier for me to take Chippie out with Frank around. It takes two to handle this biting phase! We had a ruckus in the yard. I had taken him out for a quickie this afternoon before my group and heard some women walking their dogs on the trail, laughing a chatting. And suddenly two of their St. Bernards were running around the yard. Well, there was no holding Chippie back from this spontaneous fun—he ran right across the yard after them as they exited to their owners, and there were four more big dogs on the trail! Oh, Chippie was absolutely fierce when I held him back from meeting the gang and following them back to trailhead. I paid a price. Poor Chippie. I worked more on the shower today, which is Sunday, and my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow, so this is a very celebratory few days. She requested a veggie lasagna for her birthday dinner tomorrow night. But ONLY if I could make it tonight and have it tomorrow. because it’s always better the second day. So, yes, I mad the lasagna after group. My Grandmother as Muse group ended and ended powerfully. This is such a powerful webinar and I want to devote more time to offering it. The participants rave about the impact, and the writing and insights are so amazing. So, I’ve decided that and will broaden the reach and extend the project. I’m so grateful to the women, the granddaughters, many of whom have come to multiple sessions for all their input and exploration and writing demonstrating the power of this modality. I got to the river by myself today with time to just look out at spring coming in—in all its beautiful remarkable ways. Buds on the maples. Hooray!
