Dramatic Evening Sky

So muggy tonight after a cloudy day. I swam and the sun was vaguely behind clouds. First, Frank stayed home again, so we had time with Wave, giving him breakfast. He’s just about done with school. Not home tonight. We may get to see him in the morning tomorrow––I hope so. After my swim I worked on one of my gardens before my client. Then Israeli group. Tough times in Israel, that’s for sure. Then, I was done. Now my trip. Got my hair done and errands and some laundry and packing and plant watering. Summer summer summer, how I love summer. Everything is so lush and green. The vegetables are planted, thanks to Frank. Today I continued my search of the newspapers and found some fascinating family history. A story about my uncle who was a mail carrier was laugh out loud funny––his challenges with dogs and bites. And more than that, it was poignant. He was in France in World War II, and he got to come home.
