#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Another long walk on my rosemary path in the sunshine of the morning. This gorgeous rosemary. It’s like being in a tunnel of a wild fragrant herb, so refreshing. I rose early, as usual. I am loving the intimacy and collegiality of this retreat. I love our IWWG conference too, but this retreat has been a chance to really deeply connect with women I am pleased to go deeper with, spend time with. After a busy day, out to dinner tonight. Over to the Hudson River. The restaurant was noisy, but the food was great. It was relaxing and fun. I was busy non-stop through the day. I went to my friend Maureen’s Memoir workshop, then off to a quick lunch before jumping on Zoom to my Israeli group which I never want to miss. Then taught my workshop which was also really special and meaningful to the writers who attended. I have not had a minute to miss Wave. Which is good. It’s almost time to see him, but I am very present here. Kingston is charming and vibrant. We even had a nice downpour for the growing things. Tomorrow, last day. I will take my last rosemary walk.
