#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Portuguese Man o War
Awake early to another sunny morning by the sea. I spend a little while revising a poem worked on in workshop yesterday. I have a great walk on the soft sand by the surf. Then swim some laps before my group. Frank gone off to his work events. I lead my critique group and then my Israeli group. Then a second walk to stretch my legs and I have a great time getting some photos in the afternoon. It’s overcast and the light is good. All week I’ve seen some Portuguese man o war here and there on the beach and today there were more. I have to be careful not to step on one. I’ve really appreciated my time here. I am getting a good balance of a lot of work done and relaxing in a very pleasant place. Tomorrow, we head home. I have no groups or clients for tomorrow and plan to do some laps. Then I have projects to work on as we head home on the plane. I won’t see Wave until Friday at dinnertime so I will have to be patient. I’m excited to have some free time soon to work on collages inspired by my Costa Rica and Boca Raton images.
